Short-term rental

Any driver using the vehicle should be included in the rental agreement. Providing the car to a person outside the contract may involve additional costs in the event of a road accident.

The car is delivered with a full tank of fuel and should be returned in the same condition.

Yes, traveling abroad is possible as long as you inform us in advance. Travel is allowed only to EU countries and the Schengen area, excluding: Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Belarus, Ukraine, Kaliningrad Oblast, Hungary, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Bulgaria, Romania, Moldova and Greece.

Collection and return are free of charge at the branch where the car was rented.

We can also deliver the car to a selected location – the service is additionally paid.

For an additional fee, you can return it to another branch.

We do not apply mileage limits for short-term rentals.

Possible exceptions may appear for specific promotions or selected models – we will always provide such information before booking.

The driver must be over 18 years of age and have a valid driving license.

Due to the nature of the rental, the reservation concerns a segment, not a specific vehicle. Therefore, we cannot provide a specific model or brand, although we try to meet customer preferences whenever possible.

Yes, as long as you have a driving license recognized in Poland. If not, you will need to provide an international driving license.3

By purchasing the “Final Wash” service, you can return your car dirty. Our team will vacuum the interior and wash the exterior of the vehicle.

However, the service does not include removing the smell of cigarette smoke or specialized upholstery washing.

When picking up the car, the employee will ask you to show:

  • identity document (ID card or passport),
  • a valid driving license for each driver (must be recognized in Poland),
  • debit or credit card.

The set of documents will be sent to the e-mail address provided during booking, so make sure it is correct. For security reasons, the data may be encrypted and you will receive instructions on how to open it in the same message

You can pay for the rental by credit card on site or online when booking in advance. In the case of company rental, payment by traditional transfer is also possible.

When picking up the vehicle, we will ask you to present a debit or credit card on which the deposit will be pre-authorized.

Gold Protection is a package that increases the comfort and safety of vehicle use.

Reduces the deductible for AC damage to PLN 0 and covers windows, rims and tires. The package also includes a replacement car and towing at no additional cost.

Each rented vehicle has basic third party liability, AC and accident insurance.
In the event of damage that is your fault, as part of the basic package, you will be charged with repair costs up to the deductible, which depends on the car segment.

However, you can eliminate the excess to PLN 0 by choosing the Gold Protection package.

The deposit, i.e. a deposit, is a block of funds on your card to cover any costs that may arise during the rental. Its amount depends, among others, on: depending on the class of the selected car. You can lower your deposit by choosing the Gold Protection package.

Funds are released up to 30 days after the end of the rental.

Yes, a deposit is required. Its amount is fixed for a given car class and is determined before the start of the rental.

Medium-term rental

The person collecting the vehicle must have with them:

  • ID card – original or in the application mObywatel,
  • driving license – original or in application mObywatel,
  • employee authorization,
  • company debit or credit card – if card payment on delivery was agreed for the first month of the lease.

The rental price includes:

• one-year-old car with low mileage (you reserve the segment and gearbox, not a specific model),
• monthly mileage limit,

• replacement car in case of breakdown,
• services and reviews,
• tire replacement or all-season tires,
• individual caregiver and 24/7 support.

When signing the contract, you choose the monthly mileage limit – 3,000 or 4,000. The rental amount is determined on this basis. We settle the actual mileage at the end of the rental, and every month we check whether the limit has been met.

When the mileage exceeds the values specified in the contract, we can:
• charge for extra kilometers,
• in case of serious violations – terminate the contract without notice.

Yes, you control the vehicle’s mileage – both in terms of mileage limit and service intervals. Information about the required mileage or inspection date is included in the car handover report sent to your e-mail address.

TM Fleet covers the full cost of the inspection. Your task is to make an appointment at the dealership and perform the inspection.

In the event of early termination of the medium-term rental agreement, a fee equivalent to one monthly installment is charged – in accordance with the TM Flota Vehicle Rental Regulations.

Yes, you can extend your contract. The fixed price only applies to a full month extension. In the case of a shorter period, the current short-term rental price list is used.

Damage and failures

First ensure the safety of yourself and your fellow passengers. Then contact the technical department: +48 62 505 55 90.

We will provide you with full support and guide you in your next steps.

Go to the nearest gas station and top up AdBlue with the ignition off.

If the car is equipped with a spare wheel, install it and contact our assistance to determine where to repair the damaged wheel.

If the vehicle does not have a spare wheel, also contact our assistance – we will organize assistance at the scene of the breakdown.

Ask the perpetrator to provide the necessary details, including the registration number of his vehicle.
If the police were called to the scene, we will need information about the unit that handled the incident.

If the police were not called, the following will be required:
• statement by the perpetrator with a description of the event,
• his policy number,
• perpetrator’s details including driving license number.

If you do not know what the light on means, call the TM Flota technical department: +48 22 590 70 84 or the Customer Service Office: +48 22 590 70 84.

Remember: a red light means you must immediately stop in a safe place and contact the technical department.

5W30 oil is a universal and safe choice for most top-ups.

For Audi or BMW cars, we recommend using 0W30 oil.

Both variants will be suitable for Toyota Proace – both 0W30 and 5W30.

But remember not to pour the entire bottle at once.

Add oil gradually, checking the level on the dipstick so as not to exceed the maximum level.

To speed up the consideration of your case, remember to describe the circumstances in detail and attach supporting materials (e.g. photos).
Also provide your reservation number, which will make it easier to identify the case.

We do not consider complaints submitted to websites such as Google, Trustpilot or GoWork.
